Today I authorize a $1.00 charge for 14 days of ENTREpreneur Beta access, non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Unless I cancel before the trial ends, I authorize Life Design Technologies, LLC to charge my saved payment method $248.50 each month — half of the $497 list price — for as long as my Beta Price Protection lasts. I understand the $248.50 Beta rate is temporary, not my permanent price. My personal Beta Price Protection starts on my enrollment date (including the trial start). After ENTREpreneur is fully released, half-price continues for the rounded-up calendar-month span from my enrollment to that full release, plus 6 additional months. If I prepaid quarterly or annually and that prepaid term still has time left after my personal protection ends, I keep the Beta price through the end of that prepaid term. There is no retroactive true-up. Early and late enrollees can have different protection end dates. When that window ends, I authorize the full list price of $497 each month, and that amount continues until I cancel. I will not be charged $497 while my Beta Price Protection is still open. Each membership charge — Beta rate or full list, on any cadence — is fully refundable if my refund request is received before my next scheduled monthly renewal; this refund promise does not include inference usage or capacity overage/add-on charges, which remain payable and non-refundable, and is limited to one approved claim per customer, account, payment method, or household in any rolling 12-month period.
